Hi

As i Wrote my firefox doesn't load my bookmarks , logins and add-ons after i loged in to my account with forget password but before using this option it worked fine loaded everything after reinstall windows i forgot my password of firefox account so i used forget password to enter my account but after changing my password and log in to my account it didn't load anything no saved logins no bookmark no add-ons it was completely clear and fresh my work addresses and my important information was saved to my account please help me . thank you

Addons that don't verify to work with FF57+ isn't FF fault but Addon creators fault for not updating. Logins aren't a FF problem but the site problem as well. If FF password reset doesn't work then you need to file support ticket to get help on that not on End user help forum. Also no one here knows your bookmark except you the user of your FF.

If you change the password of the Sync account then all data on the Sync server is reset and can no longer be accessed. This is because this password is used to encrypt your personal data locally before it is uploaded and only this password can decrypt this data.

thank you , my account data like logins and bookmarks are completely gone ? can't i request from firefox team for backup to restore on my account ?
