Had to post this to register for a username, I went round in circles half a dozen times but there is no link to do that anywhere. You have to find a topic that does not come up with any help suggestions, hence the gobbledegook. What a ridiculously stupid way to try to stop people raising issues when Firefox does not work!

Mozilla prefers you to ask for support in your own thread vs using a ongoing thread on same or similar issue to get support for your own issues.
