Hi, Favourites are known as Bookmarks in Firefox, so I will assume that is what you are referring to, but if by any chance you mean the thumbnails (tiles) on the New Tab page, then please let us know for different advice. First try restarting Firefox - 3-bar menu > Exit Firefox in bottom right corner. If that doesn't help, see if a Refresh has occurred: Look on your Desktop for a folder named 'Old Firefox Data' - [[Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings]]. Failing that, you can try this: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.
