about:crashes -- no uppercase letters, with a colon between the words

I am not good with pcs. But Firefox keeps crashing. The above suggestion is not working. Please help.

I am too scared to close this page now I have found you. If I close this page I wont know how to find it again. Its taken me all this time to find you. Shall I delete Firefox? It is not designed for this pc I believe. But what would I know. It seems you don't want to help. So I wont bother you. I was hoping that Firefox would be better than Chrome or IE. But it is actually worse.

You typed the wrong internal "address" - no CAPS and you need the colon character.

Type about:crashes in he URL bat and hit Enter.

Just to make sure :
'uppercase letters'   means:   'capitals'
and:
'colon'  has nothing to do with your tummy,   but stands for this symbol   :

But did you   do   it  (like the ed-meister said)   and type in:
about:crashes
If not:   would you   ?
