While on the net, the font in Firefox changes all by itself. If i log out and log back in, the same thing happens. Why?
In the first 10 minutes of browsing, the font in Firefox changes all by itelf. It will stay on that font. If I log out and log back in the same thing happens. Any ideas?

In what way does it change?
If you notice a change in the quality of font rendering, for example, from smoother/thicker to rougher/more spindly, it's possible that Firefox is detecting a problem with your graphics card driver software and disabling certain features. It's odd that this would always occur after 10 minutes, but... if that is the problem, you may want to check whether graphics card/chipset driver updates are available for your system. This article suggests safe ways to do that: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL.
Hi jscher2000. No, not like you mention. a completely different font. IE: Times Roman to Helvetica Bold.
Can you attach a screenshot?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
- make sure you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB
Does the font start working if you open a new window or only when close and restart Firefox?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
