If you have a backup of your Firefox profile, you can restore it to a different computer as described here. In that case, also your cookies will be restored.

Firefox Sync does not touch your cookies, so this service won't help you in restoring cookies.

You would have to copy the cookies.sqlite file from the other computer to the profile folder of your current computer. Note that the exceptions are stored in permissions.sqlite.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:

• Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory:
  Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder
