Wife's Win7 laptop won't display weather Underground graphics on latest Firefox. Is there a solution known?
Both IE and Chrome display all WU graphics w/o a problem. Latest Version 43.0.4 does not display 10 day forecast or the weather map. She has a Sony Vaio & win7 home premium. Adobe Flash is up to date. (My Dell win7 pro has no difficulties running the same updated programs).
So far I've totally failed to resolve this. Any help would be really appreciated! Thx

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Firefox 42+ has a Tracking Protection feature that is enabled by default in Private Browsing mode. When you are in private browsing mode then Firefox can show a shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar that some content is affected.
You can disable this feature in "Options/Preferences > Privacy" or via the about:privatebrowsing page that get when you open a New Private Window.
- Options/Preferences > Privacy: "Use Tracking Protection in Private Windows"
Thx for the suggestions, Cor-el and FredMcD. The suggestions were solid but she wasn't using Private Browsing and I had updated all the plugins/apps. After playing around this AM tuyning tracking features on/off, EWeatherUnderground now displays the maps & graphics properly. Unfortunately, there was no indication of what solved things. Thx again.
UPDATE: Restarted Firefox and the graphics no longer worked . . . ugh! Then applied FredMcD's suggestion (disable protected mode in the Flash plugin) and things now work after several Firefox restarts. Thx Fred.
Glad to help. Safe Surfing.
