A site's page is too wide and there is no horizontal slider to enable access

A site I use regularly has recently been revamped and the new page is wider than my wide monitor screen. There is no horizontal slider to enable scanning across. I enquired of their helpline and was told that the log-in box is in the top right hand corner of the screen. The part I cannot access!!. The help site further said it must be my problem not theirs. Not very helpful.

I have tried minimising the screen and pulling the side but that merely makes the screen larger without revealing any more of the web page.

Has anyone any advice or suggestions?

Hi, try zooming out with Ctrl and - key (Ctrl and + to zoom in, Ctrl and 0 for default). You can also hold down Ctrl while turning the mouse wheel.

hi, could you please provide a link to that website and a snap short of that site from your browser. and please tell us if this problem is with all your browsers or just with the ff. Try clearing the cookies and the cache of your browser and everything will be running fine again. if not then please uninstall your browser and then install it again from the mozilla site. and i am sure it will cure your problem.
