when i start mozilla my computer shuts down
each time i start Mozilla (not sure what is the version) my computer crashes, i use windows xp. not sure how to generate a crash report if it helps.
please help asap much tx!!

Did you check the Windows Event log for details of the crash?
- Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
