Need technical reason why Mozilla have a response time-out after 90 seconds
Hi,
We have internal monitoring tool that take more than 90 seconds to execute, due to Mozilla have a response time-out after 90 seconds it is ending up with http error.
Now I am able change the setting in Mozilla options and execute the report but this I have to suggest to all users who uses my tool and also I'm afraid if end-user changes the time-out value it may cause any other side effects to application that relays on 90 secs time-out value.
- Need technical reason why Mozilla has 90 seconds response time-out as default settings. - Is there any option to over come this behavior the 90 seconds time-out. - Can I know Mozilla recommendation on changing the time-out value.

See:
HTTP connections now have a response timeout If your application is processing large data and affected by this change, you can change the value of the network.http.response.timeout preference to a larger number via about:config.
