Crashes every time I try to log onto one of my regularly used pages. Crashes in Safe mode. Crashes with all addons disabled. This is the first time I have not been able to trace the problem myself. thanks for the help.

There might be different things that cause for Crashes in each case,I suggest you read this thread : http://mzl.la/Kpf7Zn

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support). That page also has an "All Crash Reports' button to open the about:crashes page that shows all reports.

  • You can also open the about:crashes and about:support page via the location bar.
