Hi alesyx,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.
You have more than 20 addons, have you tried troubleshooting by using Firefox in Firefox's safemode and with all plugins disabled.
Are you doing anything specific when the memory shoots up ? Loading hundreds of tabs, streaming or downloading mutiple HD video ?
Has this got progessivly worse or was it a sudden change with Firefox 30 ?
I note you have a 2TB HDD and so probably not short of disk space. As an interesting comparison consider installing as additional browsers the third party unoficial builds of Firefox Portable Release & ESR. The maybe installed without affecting the working Mozilla Release or its settings. Do they both work ok or only the older ESR.
Firefox does have a built in tool for helping to track down memory issues. about:memory it is interactive, gives information on mousover, and has buttons to attempt to reduce memory usage.
I do not intend this to be insulting but note these blog comments by one of the Firefox engineers who developed that tool and deals with memory issues
What I am trying to say is we need help in looking at and trying to fix problems but some problems are only seen by a few people % wise and so without help Mozilla or this forum are not likely to fix them.
Gawd! FF 31 now is consuming over 3GB of RAM The WORST!
8GB Ram Dual Core 3.6Ghz CPU and EVERYTHING starts grinding to a halt after a few hours of idling

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
You can try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
