Video on Utube, David Jeremiah jumps or stops all together cannot view video from nbc tv. Can we fix this?

Video on Utube,Turning Points, jumps or stops. Audio ok. When I move the mouse the video starts back up for about five seconds. Cannot get video on NBC TV at all. All the videos work fine on Explorer. What can I do to fix this.

I have a Windows 7, w/ 4-core processor and 800ghz memory available.
