My web pages smaller, do not fill screen. Print too small. Font change in "Options" does nothing.

I downloaded Firefox and shifted from IE. With IE, my homepage fills the screen and I can adjust the display (font) size. Now with Firefox, the Homepage (FOX News) is scrunched in the middle with very small print and I cannot find hoe to adjust the view.
