"Restart Firefox" is an option after installing an Add-On, but is it an option available in other situations? It doesn't seem to be a menu item.

Restartless Restart :: Add-ons for Firefox This 12KB restartless add-on will add a "File" -> "Restart" menu item and a "Ctrl+Alt+R" (or "cmd+Alt+R") hotkey to restart Firefox . Also available from the File menu.
