My computer recently crashed and has sadly died for good :( I am using a new computer now and would like to retrieve all the information that I had on Firefox Sync. I have Firefox Home on my iPod and have all the information that I want on there. But how can I get that information on my computer?

Hi!

In order to configure Firefox Sync in a computer you need the Sync Key. You can also recover your Sync Key from a computer that is already configured. For security reasons it's not possible to do it from a phone (either with Firefox Mobile or Firefox Home).

Take a look at this article to learn how to do it: How do I set up Sync on my computer?

If you don't have it or you don't have a computer already configured and working it's not possible to recover your sync data.

Thank you very much. That's what my preliminary research told me but I thought that I might be missing something.
