FF wants Adobe upgraded but can't find it after download

I switched to a new PC. FF says I have to download a new Adobe Flash and gives me a screen with a single download button. After I donwload it, FF can't find it and keeps telling mme to download it.

Where do I have to put it for FF to find it??

That button will download the setup file, you then need to run the setup file to install Flash.

{Ctrl + J} to open the Downloads window in Firefox. Right-click that downloaded file and select Open Containing Folder. Then close Firefox while keeping that Explorer window open and double-click the Flash setup file to start the installer.
