my enter button doesnt work in firefox when trying to load websites, it works once im in pages but when typing an adress into the adress bar i have to click the arrow to go to the site. can anyone help??? . p.s unfortunatly it still works in explorer

after typing an address into the address bar and hitting enter nothing happens i have to go a click the arrow to load the site. but once in site like facebook and google etc when i type info into the log in or search bar i can hit enter and it works.
