the unistall isn't working. How do I correct this?

Eureka! I had the answer on my computer the whole time. None of the suggested tips worked. I tried everything. I read that Firefox does not have an uninstall in itself. But luckily for me I already had IOBit "Advanced System Care Pro" and under the "Admin Tools" is "IOBit Uninstaller" that not only uninstalls Firefox, It gives you the option to remove all traces (registry etc.) Hope this info is helpful. Thanks to TonyE and all. cmitch
