I have recently installed firefox ( version 3.6.9) on my fresh out of the box laptop. When I go to other websites and enter my username and password information I get prompted by firefox if I want the password remembered. I click on the remember button then then fire fox doesn't do anything. It's like it will not accept the command to remember the password. I can click the not now command and never for this site command just fine. I know the passwords can be saved on the sites I am browsing because I have done so just fine on my desktop. Please help as I use this laptop while in college and try to keep both pc's current when I log into websites I need for my classes.
