The awesome bar does not access my history - only bookmarks. How do I fix this?

In the past, as I typed in the awesome bar in Firefox, it would pull up entries from both my history and my bookmarks. Now it only does bookmarks. I've checked my Privacy settings - History is 10 days and Location Bar is supposed to do "History and Bookmarks".
