Firefox crashes at startup in safe mode and new profile

Firefox will not start without crashing. I have tried safe mode, new profile, and followed the instructions at http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+you+open+it

I am not sure what to do next.

When I restarted the computer Firefox worked again.

Maybe this should be added to the help documentation.
