Printing page size defaults to first page size for entire document

PDF has a thumb nail picture for first page, rest of the doc is A4. Firefox uses this thumb nail size for entire document so I get a very tiny print of each page regardless of print options used. The pages display correctly in read/view mode.

Three other PDF viewers (Edge, Libre office and a pdf viewer) display and print correctly.

Anyone know of fix (beside use other browsers)?
