I need Guidence so badly ..help me please I have been sending Text messages your way .practically begging... I cannot program all this my self .I bought a years subscription. IM BEING bombarded by Samsung because they helped me a few weeks ago. I'm supposed to be getting a new phone by the end of this week because this is my third phone in like I guess 13-14 months and it's getting to the point where it's just crazy and out of control!!!. Can I PLEASE PLEASE SPEAK TO A HUMAN?

Hi Linda, what kind of subscription did you buy? The Firefox browser itself is free and doesn't have a subscription, but there are some separate products such as Mozilla VPN that do have a subscription. If you mention the specific product, a moderator can move your question to that product's forum.
