DoH not working in Firefox 89

I’m using DNS over HTTPS in Firefox 89. Unfortunately it appears that https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/ shows that DoH is not being used despite me enabling it in the settings and setting network.trr.mode to 3.

For instance if I do the same test on Chrome it shows that DoH is working, but not on Firefox for some reason.

I’m using DNS over HTTPS in Firefox 89.
