More than 2 weeks waiting for a reply from Mozilla, no news, nobody contact me, and I already paid for a VPN service that I can't use. I don't know what alternative I have... because the email is the only channel to contact...

Please help, because it's no fair to pay more than 50euros for a service that I can't use and at the end I will not get my money back and the VPN service neither :(
