Wrong application of Daylight Saving time in Calendar Events

Hello, I've just came across a strange issue in thunderbird calendar related with timezones and daylight saving time calculation on events, that I was unable to solve, and couldn't find it documented anywhere.

I am in UTC (Europe, London/Lisbon or WET), at the time of writing I'm in Daylight Saving Time, so my current time is observing WEST - Western European Saving time (or UTC+1).

I have a recurring event that was set from at last December with no end date with weekly recurrence from 10am to 12am on Thursday (PST - Pacific Standard Time or UTC-8). At the moment of writing locations are on daylight saving time and are observing PDT - Pacific Daylight Saving Time (UTC-7).

So, as the event remains at 10am local time of the organizer, at the moment of writing this event starts at 10am PDT.

Both Exchange, Outlook and Google calendars display correctly this event as starting at 18:00 (or 6pm) WEST. If I 'Edit all occurrences' of the event, it correctly displays on the repeat section 'Occurs every Thursday effective 01/12/2020 from 18:00 to 20:00'. But the event is drawn on the calendar as starting at 19:00 (or 7pm) and the reminder is using this hour as reference.

Note 1: I'm using tbsync to synchronize this calendar. Note 2: My system timezone is correct and with Daylight saving automatic adjustment enabled. Note 3: Server timezone is also correct. Note:4: This is the only recurrent event where it happens and the only between timezones and daylight savings.^

Any thoughts or ideas to get around this?
