I have been a user of Firefox since 2003. I have noticed that no matter what I do Firefox will lock up. I keep getting the "An error occurred during a connection to www.youtube.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR" message. I have looked on your support pages to no avail. Firefox has become incredibly slow. So slow that I cannot use it whenever I am able to get access. I am running Windows 10 and have the most up to date Firefox version. Also it is impossible to send an email to Mozilla - there is just no option to do so. I always thought you were not like Microsoft but you are steadily getting that way. I have no issues with Edge and unfortunately I am being forced to use Edge as Firefox is either too slow or does not work at all.

radi.stoyanov said Turns out the option DNS over HTTPS is what caused the problem.

cor-el said This usually means that Firefox wasn't able to find a cipher suites to use to connect to this server and reached the end of the list. There can be two possibilities: one is that the server is outdated and doesn't support modern cipher suites, another might be that the server only supports a few cipher suites and Firefox doesn't support any of these.

You can check your browser and possibly compare this with the server setup.
