accessing a website, I go through several levels of menus, and then it stalls, and will not land on the next level

I am trying to change the password of my website. I am at the server site, I go through several levels, I choose the next level which will take me to the "change password" level, and the little symbol just spins, and will not advance to this last level. what is causing this? The browser? the OS? something else?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
