I really need Help regarding Firefox.....in what to do.

Hello.................I hope you can advise me.

My partner was a total computer geek and me..............the total opposite. He pasted away and I dare not use his computer, which has the bells and whistles.

BUT........his email ended with @snet.net and AT & T basically stole and closed his account. I was able to keep my snet email.

WE wanted to use FIrefox for the computer protection..........but I am pretty sure any possible updates to his computer have stopped. I "piggy back" onto his computer.........He has Window 10 BUT I have Windows 7.

I am locked out of his email due to the ATT insanity and I am at a loss.............

I hope you can advise me on what steps I should take.........

Hi Arthur!

First off, I'm very sorry to hear about your partner.

As for the issue that you are having, is there a specific thing that you are attempting to do that requires email access. Nothing on Firefox should require you to sign into an email address. Perhaps if you can explain where you are stuck I might be able to figure out how to help you.

As far as the email address goes, I believe that snet.net email addresses are for AT&T subscribers as part of an internet package. Once the AT&T subscription is no longer paid for, the email address is deleted. So when it comes to the email, I'm pretty sure we won't be much help with that.

But I'm sure that we can help you out if you are stuck with something on Firefox.
