Can't choose search engine after typing keywords

Hello,

I was using Preview for a while, and it's overall a great experience. I'm a little confused how the search bar works - it shows a list of my search engines when the bar is empty, but as soon as I started typing they disappear. So I can only choose one, and after typing in some long keywords when I decided to use another search engine, I can only delete all of them to choose it. Can we have the "traditional" search engine list back, which resides at the bottom, not interfering with search suggestions?

Hi Blair

Great to hear that you like Firefox Preview. The browser is still being worked on with further features and improvements to come.

The search bar has been designed so that by default it searches using the default or specified search engine. We know that people may not want to go into the settings to change the search choice, so make it easy for people to change before they start searching.

I hope that this helps and this may be something that is looked at again for a future update.
