Lost inbox tab: 3 lines. File/Edit etc. 2 Get msgs/write/chat/etc. 3inbox pin/unread/starred etc; Recovery possible?

PC on, gone longer than planned. PC would not respond. Overrode with Shut down. Restarted Opened Firefox w/Bing search looked something up, put it on task bar. Opened Thunderbird, mouse cursor was erratic. I was trying to find something; I was in archives, trash, stored Emails, then sent mouse to Unread and it wasn't there nor the inbox tab and the line under:File Edit.View etc, and the line with Inbox pin, Get messages, Write,Chat, Address Book, Tag, Quick Filter: gone! Eset is my antivirus and malware provider and no red flags appeared. Can I restore to previous setting and, if so, how.

try full restart of your machine.

If that does not work open Thunderbird and press the F10 key. Do you see a menu?
