So you refreshed Firefox, and things were working, then they stopped working? Did you change anything, install any software, change any settings?
Is this only happening when you try to log into comcast? Or is it every website you visit?

You either DO or you DO NOT have that optional distribution folder. Do you or don't you?
If you DO, then remove it, or remove its contents.
Does that affect the message about the organization taking over your settings?

so it is a Comcast problem i thought so all along have tried contacting them they have no idea either
glad to know it is not just me for awhile there i thought it was just me. Thank you so much for looking into this and trying to find an answer. Comcast did not help had me all the way up to the engineers looking. they dinit have a clue
thank you i went to the link you posted and saw that i am not the only one having this issue. Comcast does not have a clue about this i have spoken to 4 different agents on line at Comcast about this and get a different result every time. As for the organization issues that is gone. both of which you help me with or at least tried. Believe me you were very helpful on both matters. THANK YOU. I just wish Comcast. would get on the ball and fix this . i am about ready to ditch Comcast.
