Firefox 64 & Windows 10 - handle and memory leaks

After updating to Firefox 64.0.2, my computer has been slowing down drastically in a hurry (just a few hours until virtual standstill, unresponsive programs, etc.). Even launching Task Manager takes minutes, and I have to reboot my computer way too often. Then, this morning, my daily scan with WebRoot reported significant handle and memory leaks with Firefox (it had been open during the scan).

Firefox is my favorite browser, or was... is there any way to fix this issue? Lately I have had to resort to Chrome and IE.
