can't install fire fox windows 7. I have tried the full version and still get the message can't load config info

I can't install fire fox on my system. I have removed all old versions and files and downloaded the full version but on install I get the message can't install config info

HI please try this : *Repair System Registry and Files Find the Dos Prompt or Powershell then Right Click and Run as Administrator then : Copy/Paste to Dos Window : SFC /Scannow (SFC<space>/Scannow) then hit Enter. Reboot when completed.

Then if have already the full version installer from : https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Right Click the File and Install as Administrator please.

Please look for any Mozilla Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData and delete them. Before trying the install.
