I wasn't very happy with the slowness before I upgraded two days ago. It is now so slow I have a problem getting to any page. Why would you promise that the new upgrade would be so much better and make it so much worse, I don't get it? I am sure that many will uninstall and go to a different browser, that is what I will have to do unless you fix this mess fast!

Hi there!

Sorry to hear you're running into issues using the latest version of Firefox. If you want to go back to using an older version, you can find the instructions for doing so here: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/install-older-version-of-firefox

Alternatively, you could try refreshing the browser using these instructions: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
