Mouse shortcuts stopped working in Firefox 54.

I have a Logitech SetPoint mouse. After a recent FF update the mouse shortcuts that I use for forward and back stopped working. I downloaded QiPress which shows mouse and keyboard keystrokes real time on screen. I noticed that on most programs QiPress detects and reports keystrokes, but in FF it does not see them, like FF is handling them for the OS. Bottom line... being able to move navigate web pages using my mouse shortcuts is a very important feature to me that has recently stopped working in FF, I think in the 54.0 update.
