How do I get plug-ins to work?

Please ensure to download and install Adobe Flash Player from here.
To ensure Flash Player, please do the following:
- Open Firefox
- Open the Firefox addon manager
- Select Plugins from the sidebar
- Locate the Adobe Flash Player plugin on the list
- Select Always Activate or Ask To Activate from the drop down menu
This will allow Adobe Flash Player to activate on all websites or will allow Adobe Flash Player to prompt you for access, depending on the option that you selected in step 5.

Firefox needs a different version of Flash than either Chrome or IE use.
Download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select the Windows > Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html You will avoid the pre-selected "optional offer" that is on the get.adobe-com/flashplayer/ page by downloading from that "distribution" page.
Make sure Firefox is closed, then run the Flash installer.
