Every time I try to open google chrome or ie 11 , I get this message unable to connect to the proxy server . Then when I try to open another browser like Mozilla Firefox - I get a message that says unable to open XPCOM. It's as if my computer is locked or hijacked by something . I cannot get onto the internet at all. Any help would be geatly appreciated . Thanks Rthillis
