Hi siva1370, Could you please give us more information about this crash? Does Firefox often crash like this, or was this a one off? What were you doing when FIrefox crashed? Were you viewing any particular web pages, etc? Have you noticed that sometimes Firefox will crash if you do something specific (like visit a certain website, watch a certain video, try to perform a specific task)?
