Every time I log into to Firefox 26.0.0.5087, I have lost Trusteer Rapport icon in the toolbar and have to completely uninstall and reinstall Rapport. Help!
Following the 'death' of Internet Explorer 8 (Windows XP) last week, I downloaded and installed Firefox 26. I had great difficulty in obtaining the Trusteer Rapport icon in the toolbar, but after many downloads and reinstall, it worked yesterday for the first time. Switched on this morning and the Rapport icons were no longer there. Repeated all the installations and everything was OK. Logged off and when I restarted Firefox, Rapport icon has gone yet again.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems. See "Creating a profile":
