I would like to be able to .. while online ... open my Firefox bookmarks, select a bookmark and go to that site without having to open/start Firefox first; then, open bookmarks, etc. There was one option however, Open the bookmarks "Show All Bookmarks" then export them to the desktop in HTML format. That is, however, not a very acceptable option for me anyway.

That is a link to open the bookmarks manager via a desktop shortcut.

You can make a copy of the current Firefox desktop shortcut and add a space and the chrome URL to the target line.

• -chrome chrome://browser/content/places/places.xul
