Previously showed updated to 10.0.1 on 2/16/2012. Guess it was automatic as I did nothing. Shows Microsoft Security Essentials is on as has been. Webroot Spysweeper with Anti Virus due to renew 3/18/20012. Have done nothing I know to cause problem. Simply won't load.

Probably the problem came from security software, see if this helps:

sorry but I can't find Exit or where to enter command. Get Started page comes up but don't know where to go. My frustration is not helping my marginal skills.

OK. Finally got Profile worked out and can boot up. Now struggling with moving Bookmarks, etc. over. Thanks!
