I have been having problems opening firefox eversince I installed zone alarm extreme. While chatting with a za tech he told me that firefox 6 is not supported by za. I turning off za and firefox still would not open. I used ie and went to firefox site and downloaded latest version, ( which I all ready had ). anyway are there issues with za?

Open up ZA and find the tab where you are able to allow programs to run. Add firefox.exe to the allowed programs list and ZA should allow it to open.
