Zotero does not show up on my screen in lower right corner

I was a Zotero user for about 2 years. My hard drive crashed. All my files were transferred to new hard drive. I can't find any trace of Zotero files. So, I to load Zotero anew, forsaking all my past work. Now Zotero does not show on my home page or anywhere--I have nothing to click on to invoke Zotero.
