only my comp that can't access the internet. a message saying "can't find the server" or "problem loading page" or "the connection to the server was reset". appreciate any assistance to solve this problem

Before, no problem with the internet, but suddenly I can't access the internet anymore. I've rechecked all the settings in the network connection, firewall settings, and compared with the other computers which are still working good. Everything are the same but why is my computer still unable to access internet ?

Try removing Firefox from the firewall rules list, this can sometimes help as it forces the firewall to re-create a new rule for Firefox.
