As soon as I open Outlook (2003), I continually and all too often get the dialog box asking for the password. First it is there as a series of asteriks, but it keeps popping up. First, how to get it to remember and second if it won't stopping the dialog box from popping up so often

I don't understand, what relationship with Outlook have Firefox? Go to Outlook and mark "save my password"
