Hi Ronnie, I get the SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER error code on https://twms.dc3n.navy.mil/

It's my first visit to the site, so Firefox hasn't previously saved any certificates from this server. That might explain the difference, if you have an older certificate saved.

But either way, there is a problem with the server, confirmed on the test site:
