How can I see the display screen on my monitor? Last night the display was working fine in thunderbird until the computer was turned on this morning. I now cannot see e-mails or folders. Under 'Application Basics' - Profile Folder - click on 'Open Folder'

A new window opens showing contents of your 'profile name' folder

Exit Thunderbird now - this is important

Scroll down - delete all of the following files.

  • folderCache.json
  • folderTree.json
  • session.json
  • xulstore.json

Start Thunderbird

check you have this : 'View > Folders > select 'All'
