Thunderbird Failed to find the settings for your email account
We're trying to get thunderbird mail for our front desk computers, and all we get when we try to login to the accounts is " Thunderbird Failed to find the settings for your email account" "Manual configurations, incoming and outgoing severs" No matter what we try we aren't able to login.

That indicates you are not using the right settings. No offense, but TB tries the settings given. It may help if you share domain info and servers, port, and SSL or STARTTLS.
